‘It’s very likely’: Journalist Inda claims £115m star could join Liverpool or Tottenham

Liverpool and Tottenham Hotpsur might have another battle on the way after last Saturday’s final of the Champions League in Madrid, according to Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda.

Inda has suggested that the finalists of last term’s Champions League campaign are the two clubs who are most likely set to battle it out for the signing of Real Madrid outcast, Gareth Bale.

The former Spurs star left the Premier League in the summer of 2013 as one of the best talents to ever grace the English topflight.

Gareth Bale started his career in Spain in brilliant form but over the past two years, he appears to have fallen out with the club and its fans as he continues to be linked with a switch away from the Santiago Bernabeu.

Having played for Tottenham Hotspur during his time in the Premier League, Bale will always be fancied for a return to north London while Liverpool, the newly crowned champions of Europe, have the ability to attact the forward as well.

Therefore, Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda has suggested that the Welshman, valued at £115m (as per AS),may well end up at either Liverpool or Tottenham this summer.

“Bale has spent the day playing golf at La Moraleja.” he said, as per Daily Star

“And it is very likely that he will reach either of the two finalists in the Champions League, Tottenham or Liverpool.”

Spurs have the option of adding star midfielder Christian Eriksen to a potential deal with Real Madrid, according to Inda.

“That operation would be accompanied by Eriksen plus a quantity of money.” he added
