Tottenham Hotspur have been quiet over the last two transfer windows but there are growing signs that the silence in the transfer market from Daniel Levy is about to change.
The Spurs chairman had been working on the club’s building of a new stadium over the last two years and that was perhaps one of the reasons why he was reluctant to invest too heavily in the transfer market.
But with a deal for Lyon star Tanguy Ndombele seemingly on course to be completed, as per Sky Sports, Tottenham appear to have another transfer move on the way to being done as well.
Phil Hay, who is known for his credible reports relating to Leeds United, has revealed that Jack Clarke has been in north London to place the finishing touches on his transfer to Spurs.
The 18-year-old winger is expected to leave Leeds to join Tottenham and Hay claims he was in town this week to undergo his medical.

Spurs will be keen on challenging for the Premier League title next term after scaling new heights in their history by reaching the final of the Champions League last season.
